Pink Chocolate Crazy Tag Tutorial

Supplies Needed

Scrap Kit I am using is a PTU kit called Pink Chocolate by Country Princess

I am using Template #73 by AquaRebel

Font of choice for your name ~ I chose Drummon size 48

I am using PSP 9

Remember that this is your own creation ~ You can change around papers and elements as you like ~ My tutorial is for use as inspiration so have fun! 

Let's get creative!

Open your template.  Shift D then close out original

Delete the credits on layer 7 and the background layer

Now you will see layers titled "copy of raster 4" and "copy of raster 6"

Delete these two layers

Close out (do not delete) layers 10 , 9 & 12 for now

Make raster 13 active on your template

Selections ~ Select All ~ Float ~ Defloat

Copy paper 5 and paste onto your template as a new layer

Selections ~ Invert ~ Hit the delete button on your keyboard

Selections ~ Select None

Delete raster 13

Make raster 11 active

Selections ~ Select All ~ Float ~ Defloat

Copy paper 6 and paste onto your template as a new layer

Selections ~ Invert ~ Delete

Deselect

Delete raster 11

Make raster 8 active

Selections ~ Select All ~ Float ~ Defloat

Copy and paste paper 14 onto your template as a new layer

Selections ~ Invert ~ Delete

Deselect

Delete raster 8

Make raster 4 active

Selections ~ Select All ~ Float ~ Defloat

Copy and paste paper 13 onto your template as a new layer

Selections ~ Invert ~ Delete

Deselect

Delete raster 4

Make raster 6 active

Selections ~ Select All ~ Float ~ Defloat

Copy and paste paper 13 again

Seclections ~ Invert ~ Delete

Deselect

Delete raster 6

Make raster 5 active

Selections ~ Select All ~ Float ~ Defloat

Copy and paste paper 13 again

Selections ~ Invert ~ Delete

Deselect and delete raster 5

Make raster 1 active

Selections ~ Select All ~ Float ~ Defloat

Copy paste paper 14

Selections ~ Invert ~ Delete

Deselect and delete raster 1

Make raster 2 active

Selections ~ Select All ~ Float ~ Defloat

Copy and paste paper 5

Selections ~ Invert ~ Delete

Deselect and delete raster 2

Make raster 3 active

 Selections ~ Select All ~ Float ~ Defloat

Copy and paste paper 6

Selections ~ Invert ~ Delete

Deselect and delete raster 3

Now let's add some drop shadows.  These settings will be for each layer you just created.

Start at raster 13 and work your way down

Effects ~ 3D Effects ~  Drop Shadow

2 ~ 2 ~ 25 ~ 3 ~ Color Black

Then repeat the drop shadow for each layer changing only the offset numbers to -2

Make raster 10 active and open

Selections ~ Select All ~ Float ~ Defloat

Copy and paster paper 7

Selections ~ Invert ~ Delete

Deselect and delete raster 10

Make raster 9 active and open

Selections ~ Select All ~ Float ~ Defloat

Copy and paste paper 7

Selections ~ Invert ~ Delete

Deselect and delete raster 9

Make raster 15 active

Layers ~ Merge ~ Merge Down

Open raster 12 ~ Make raster 10 active ~ Layers ~ Merge ~ Merge Down

Add same drop shadow ~ Position as in my tag

Open Element 29 ~Image resize to 68%

Copy and paste to your template ~ Layers ~ Arrange ~ Bring to top

Add same drop shadows

Position as in my tag

Open elements #19 & 25

Resize both to 41%

Copy and paste then position as in my tag preview

Open element #80

Resize to 41% ~ Copy paste and position behind bear ~ Do not add drop shadow

Open element #22

Resize to 34% ~ Copy paste and position behind words ~ Add same drop shadow

Open element #32

Resize to 23% ~ Copy paste and bring to top in front of cupcakes ~ Add drop shadow

Open element #18

Resize to 41% ~ Image Mirror ~ Copy paste and position as in tag preview

If you are happy with how your tag looks so far then Layers ~ Merge ~ Merge ~ Merge Visible

Text tool ~ Choose your font ~ I chose paper 7 for my background and a white forground with 2 stroke ~ Type out your name

Layers ~ Convert to Raster Layer ~ Position ~ Drop Shadow

Layers ~ Merge ~ Merge Visible

Image ~ Resize ~ 88%

Adjust ~ Sharpness ~ Sharpen to your liking

Apply credits  and/or copyrights as needed

Save as a PNG
